Join us on the beautiful Pacific coast of Nayarit, Mexico for a week dedicated to practice, rest, and connection. This retreat offers space to slow down, deepen your yoga practice, and reconnect with what is essential. Set against the backdrop of the ocean, each day blends traditional Ashtanga practice with time for reflection, community, and exploration.
What’s Included:
Daily Practice
Our retreat includes five days of Mysore-style practice and one Led Primary Series class. Each morning practice will be followed by short sessions of pranayama and meditation, offering a complete and balanced start to the day.
Workshops for Deeper Study
We will host three in-depth workshops throughout the week focusing on breathwork and pranayama, meditation, and a detailed breakdown of key postures within the Ashtanga system. These sessions are designed to support practitioners in developing greater understanding, stability, and confidence in their practice.
Optional Group Activities
Participants will have the opportunity to join optional excursions designed to experience the beauty and culture of the region. Planned activities include a boat day on the Pacific and a traditional Temazcal ceremony.
Three Daily Meals
Three buffet-style meals are served daily at Mar de Jade, each thoughtfully prepared from scratch using fresh, local, and organic ingredients. Much of what you’ll enjoy is grown right on their own 18-acre organic farm. The menu is primarily vegetarian, with additional offerings of chicken and seafood. Accommodations for dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal preferences can be arranged upon request.

Booking
To reserve your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required for all room types.
The remaining balance can be paid in two installments, with the first payment due May 30th, and the second payment due October 3rd.
Bookings do not include flights or airport transportation.
We recommend flying into Puerto Vallarta International Airport. From there, we’ll help coordinate transportation to Mar de Jade Retreat Center. Taxi costs can vary, and we’ll share specific details and pricing closer to your retreat date.
Cancellation Policy
Guests are eligible for a refund, minus the non refundable $500 deposit and a $250 per person administrative fee, if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. No exceptions.
Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund. However, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future workshop within 18 months of the original retreat date.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date.
By submitting your non-refundable deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
