  • Our Mysore program offers a traditional approach to Ashtanga Yoga, available live in person or online. Practice alongside a supportive community with individualized guidance from experienced teachers.

    Monday–Friday, 7–9am, students practice in the Mysore-style format, moving through the sequence while receiving personal instruction, adjustments, and breath support as appropriate. This format allows the practice to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new or deeply experienced.

    On Saturdays, 7–8:30am, we offer a Led Primary Series, providing a shared, rhythmic practice that emphasizes breath, count, and collective energy.

    All are welcome. You do not need prior experience to begin—only a willingness to learn and show up.
